EZ Raw Food 101, Chef Alicia’s company, is teaming up with Austin, Texas based Rock Star Astrum Lux Lucis. The couple, both sharing a love for vegan raw & living foods, and both having a wealth of knowledge on the subject, decided to combine their skills and persona's to bring vegan raw & living foods to the world through the web.
Their show, entitled, “EZ Raw Food 101 TV” airs Sundays @ 1 PM CDT US on the Justin.TV Online Network. The show will feature Chef Alicia preparing some of her wonderful recipes and Astrum, playing her side-kick "dude food" chef, offering wonderful tidbits of information as well. They also have special guest appearances from time to time as well.
Astrum’s background as a recording artist, and most recently, a TV and film producer/host (she produced and hosted 26 episodes of Vegan Wellness TV on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network in 2007 and produced and co-hosted the DVD "Indulge Without The Bulge" DVD with Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo in 2008), combined with her certification as a holistic health counselor (she’s the founder and director of Vegan Wellness), and years of experience as a fitness trainer, and official “Dude Food” chef, make the pairing with Chef Alicia’s background of over 15 years of professional culinary experience and her own personal healing journey, the perfect combination to bring this lifestyle into the mainstream in a light and comical, yet informative way.
